Pete previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Johnson and Sedgwick Counties where he prosecuted a range of offenses, from Murder in the First Degree to Distribution of Controlled Substances to Driving Under the Influence. He led a team of attorneys as Chief Attorney for Division 17 and directed the prosecution of serious traffic related offenses as Section Chief of the Traffic Unit at the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office.
Pete has also previously worked in the civil arena defending medical facilities and medical professionals against claims of malpractice.
Whether working on criminal or civil matters, Pete understands that the practice of law is about the people involved and strives to make the legal process as easy to understand and navigate as possible.
